We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Represenative to work with the Sales Team. The Customer Service Representative will greet all persons entering TLC, answer and route all phone calls received via the general number, route all faxes to appropriate individuals, provide administrative support and backup to the inside sales representatives, service inbound sales calls, electronic inquires, conduct outbound calling campaigns for miscellaneous accounts to develop new business opportunities, qualify opportunities, track and develop business with accounts and prospects by providing product and pricing information, processing orders and expediting requirements.
|Duties:||Responsibilities may include: |
Answer all incoming general sales calls, receive all TLC faxes and route to appropriate individual.
Receive incoming orders, faxes and requests for quotes.
Implement a plan, set goals and track business development opportunities.
Monitor, qualify, develop and track all sales leads for unassigned accounts.
Specify and promote products for customer needs.
Follow up with new/existing customers, leads, quotes and customer problems.
Communicate and interface with all other departments.
Perform related sales activities to ensure expected levels of customer service.
Record and maintain Design Registration database.
Record and maintain lead source information from all sales personnel.
Receive and process value-added assembly and component RFQs.
Communicate directly with manufacturers and manufacturers representative for pricing and delivery requests.
Enter and monitor Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media communications
Maintain contact database.

|Qualifications:||Qualified candidates should have:|
Minimum of two years plus years customer service experience.
Minimum of one year business experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including telephone experience.
Organizational and computer skills imperative.
Strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work closely with diverse workforce and customer base.
Strong desire to succeed.
High school diploma or GED
Prefer sales experience.
Prefer experience working Epicor Vantage.
