Description:TLC Electronics is a value-added distributor of electromechanical and interconnect product. Our services focus on the manufacture of wire harnesses, cable assemblies and electromechanical box builds for a broad array of customers and industries.

We are seeking a full-time entry-level Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Working with the sales team the highly motivated self-starter will provide great customer service and build relationships with current customers and prospects.
Duties:Responsibilities may include:
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, prospects and co-workers
• Receive incoming orders, and requests for quotes via phone, email or fax.
• Input new customers in to ERP system
• Enter PO's in to ERP system and follow order through customer receiving order.
• Receive and process value-added assembly and component RFQ’s.
• Specify and promote products for customer needs.
• Follow up with new/existing customers, leads, quotes and customer problems.
• Communicate and interface with all other departments.
• Perform related sales activities to ensure expected levels of customer service.
• Communicate directly with manufacturers and manufacturer’s representative for pricing and delivery requests.

• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Qualified candidates should have:
• Minimum of two years plus years inside sales experience, preferably within the value-added electro-mechanical industry
• Two years post secondary education, prefer a 4 year degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including telephone experience.
• Organizational and computer skills imperative.
• Strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work closely with diverse workforce and customer base.
• Strong desire to succeed.
• Prefer experience working Epicor Vantage.
